Recently went into the Algona iowa McDonald’s lobby, was told that I had to use the kiosk to order because they weren’t using the counter service anymore. Excuse me! Since when don’t you wait on a paying customer. Needless to say I left guess they don’t want my money.

I have over 6 receipts and cannot read the numbers because the ink is low. This has been going on for months with no improvement. The store number is 14338 @ 4543 5th Street Road, Huntington WV, 25701.

The Big Mac Combo pricing is absurd as is other menu items!!’ I will go to other restaurants and get better priced, more nutritious food if I have to pay $15-20 for a meal….. or I may just prepare food at home which I’ve been doing more of since eating out has gone so off the wall with pricing!!!!

Merinda cannot tell small from large and is not qualified to run front counter. She was not trained properly and she is abusing her privilege.

I took the survey to help reward some of your employees but did not see where I could leave their names. I do not know what kind of reward they recieve. You would probably get more responses if the time customers spend helping your employees recieve something from these comments if we had an idea. Do they recieve funds or food after so many positive remarks. I am at the Douglas AZ store a minimum of twice a week plus at the Wilcox AZ store every Friday.

I have entered my Survey code 4 times and I keep getting that it is not valid. I have used a magnifying glass to make sure I have entered the correct numbers. What else can I do?

The receipts Never are readable. There is NO way to complete survey when you guessing at 26 numbers.
I called the 800 number and of course they can’t help. They say take receipt back to store and ask them to reprint. What a joke!!!!!!!!!!!!!
