People at the McDonalds at Grove park shopping center in Lakeland Fl 33801are to say the least, very inconsiderate and uncaring. Very unprofessional. But I guess this is the way of the world anymore. They have been this way for a few years now. I don’t understand how they have any business at all.

The McDonald’s at the West Gate of Hot Springs Village Arkansas perpetually has unreadable receipts so the survey numbers don’t print out. Impossible to do the survey if you can’t read the numbers.

I have made 2 separate orders with both including 2 large iced Mochas. I’ve never had any kinda issues getting my mochas in the past but apparently the machine has been broken for like two weeks now.. I am very disappointed with getting the wrong drink and the worker nor app letting me know that I was spending $7.98 two times in a row and not getting my mochas frappe..

All employees N. Broad St., Fairborn, OH 45324 are exceptional employees to say the least! Makes every morning visit an exceptional one! McDonalds is lucky to have a crew as such!

the service at the 35th ave and Peoria location is very horrible, they have an employee Michael who laughs and makes fun of the sincere questions the customers have. Please hire someone with respect.!
