At your McDonald’s 1717 Vista Chino East. Bld D Palm Springs, Ca 92262. All of your drive-up Electric Signs are so bad you cannot see any of the foods or prices. I thought your company wanted business and to keep their stores in good condition. The outside is a mess, with trash all over the place. Homeless people are begging at the entry doors and alone the drive-up area.
I would like someone from Corporate to call me and find out what your going to do in improve our McDonalds!

We went to MCD on Signal Butte & on Ellsworth Road in Mesa,AZ Sunday & Today. We order using the McD App and when we tried to use it, it didn’t connect and when we asked if there was a problem and in both places they said they could care less if it did or didnt. We drove their to have breakfast and they were rude & and basically told us to go elsewhere. We usually went to one or the other of those several times a week. If they aren’t going to have internet they should post it or let users know before they drive there and get their ” who cares attitude. They just have auto machines and can’t stand that long at the machine so we use the internet to order . if they don’t want internet orders at their stores they should let customers know.

I am thankful for the opportunity to use the Men’s room….but the Floors are Deadly slippery… I mentioned that & they ignored me.
