  • Store number, date, time, and order total (if the code is missing)
• Stable internet connection and about 3–5 minutes

Step-by-Step: Complete the www.MCDVOICE.com Survey

1. Open a browser and go to www.mcdvoice.com
2. Select your language (English or Español).
3. Enter the 26-digit survey code exactly as shown on your receipt.
   No code? Click “If you do not have a 26-digit code” and fill in the store number, visit date, visit time, and order amount.
4. Click “Start” to begin the survey.
5. Answer each question honestly about cleanliness, speed, order accuracy, staff friendliness, and overall satisfaction.
6. Rate any specific items you purchased and add optional comments in the text box.
7. Provide basic demographic info (optional) and click “Next.”
8. At the end, you’ll see a Validation Code—usually five digits. Write it in the blank space on your original receipt.

Redeeming Your Free Food or Coupon

1. Bring the receipt with the written validation code to the same (or any participating) McDonald’s within 30 days.
