  1. McDonald’s store # 11061 at 4600 W Sunset in Springdale, AR 72764 has been absolute trash the last five or so times I’ve gone. I use the mobile app to order, have been told when an item wasn’t available I have to go through the app and the app says to talk to an employee. On 3/4/25, I placed an order about 20 minutes prior to my arrival. I sat at the speaker for over 5 minutes, having been told when I pulled up that it would be a few minutes. There were no other cars in the drive-through at the time. I pulled up, got my receipt at 7:55 pm, pulled up to the second window and sat there for 20 minutes. Having already paid, I wasn’t going to give up. There was an employee slowly walking around the front, after about 10 minutes of seeing nobody and nobody came to the window at all. She looked straight at me and walked to the back. After 20 or so minutes, she opened the window and asked, “how are you doing tonight?”, handed me the McFlurry and I said “not great, I’ve been here 30 minutes”. She said, “I’m sorry about that”, handed me my food and closed the window. There were less than 3 people in the dining area. Terrible. To make things worse, this was a celebratory meal for my youngest after a choir concert. Do better.

  2. I was not allowed to complete survey because only five surveys per month allowed. I have only completed one survey in several months
